The Story Behind Our Sanctuary and Farm

Our sanctuary and farm began as a dream to create a safe haven for animals in need, a place where they could heal, thrive, and live without fear. Founded in Italy, in a quite isolated place, away from the city life and sorrounded by forest and the raw Monferrato hills, the farm started with just a few rescued animals and a lot of hope. Over time, it grew into a vibrant sanctuary, home to dogs, horses, and other animals, each with their own stories of survival, resilience, and second chances.

From the very beginning, our mission has been clear: to provide love, care, and freedom. Every animal that arrives is treated as part of our family. We believe in patience, respect, and gentle handling, knowing that many of them carry deep emotional scars from past traumas.

The farm is not just a shelter—it’s a home, a playground, a training ground, and a place of peace. Volunteers, staff, and visitors all become part of the animals’ journey, helping them gain confidence, learn trust, and experience joy again.

Each corner of the sanctuary tells a story: of a horse who overcame fear, a dog who learned to love again, a puppy born into unexpected circumstances. It’s a living testament to the power of care, compassion, and the unwavering belief that every animal deserves a second chance.
