We’re based in the peaceful countryside of northern Italy, surrounded by rolling hills and fresh air—an ideal place for our rescue animals to recover and thrive.

Whether you're coming to adopt, volunteer, or just visit, here’s how you can reach us.

By Car

Driving is the most direct way to reach us. We are located about:

• 1 hour from Alessandria

• 1.5 hours from Genoa

• 2 hours from Milan

Free parking is available on-site.

By Train & Public Transport

Volunteers and visitors without a car can reach us easily by train—we’re happy to help with the final stretch!

Closest Train Station for Pickup:

Spigno Monferrato (on the Savona–Alessandria line)
We offer pickups for volunteers arriving here—just let us know your arrival time in advance!

Coming from Abroad?

Most international volunteers fly into one of the following airports:

• Milano Malpensa (MXP)

• Milano Bergamo (BGY)

• Genova Cristoforo Colombo (GOA)

From any of these airports, take a train to Spigno Monferrato, and we’ll pick you up from there.

Example Route from Airports:

✈️ From Milano Malpensa:

• Take the Malpensa Express to Milano Centrale

• From Milano Centrale, take a train to Acqui Terme or Savona, then change for Spigno Monferrato
  
  

✈️ From Bergamo:

• Shuttle or bus to Milano Centrale

• Then follow the same train route as above
  
  

✈️ From Genova:

• Take a train from Genova Piazza Principe directly to Spigno Monferrato (some may require a change at Acqui Terme)
