Meet Grappa

Grappa's Story

Grappa’s journey began in August, when a kind couple camping nearby spotted a tiny kitten hanging around their tent. Just a few weeks old, she was hungry, crawling with ticks and fleas, and clearly in need of help. They fed her, and just like that—Grappa decided they were her people. She made herself at home in their tent for the rest of their holiday.

But as their vacation came to an end, they couldn’t take Grappa with them. Not wanting to leave her behind, they searched for help and found us. Of course, we couldn’t say no.

The next day, they brought Grappa to us—along with a bag of kitten food and flea treatment. We bathed her, treated her for fleas, ticks, and worms, and gave her a safe place to land.

Today, Grappa lives on our farm—and she’s thriving. At night, she proudly patrols the barn, keeping mice in check like it’s her full-time job. During the day, she turns into the cuddliest little fluffball, always ready for a snuggle.
